The Site provides information about PolarAIs, a platform for post-acquisition integration management currently in early development. Content on the Site, including product descriptions, screenshots, and figures, describes a platform under active development and may reference features, capabilities, or timelines that are not yet generally available.
Certain entity names, figures, and scenarios shown on the Site, including those describing “The Vantage Group” and related examples, are illustrative and hypothetical. They do not represent real customers, real transactions, or live platform data, and are provided solely to demonstrate how the platform is intended to function.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
