PolarAIs (“PolarAIs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates polarais.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you provide directly. If you schedule a consultation through our booking tool, your name, email address, and any details you share are collected and processed by Cal.com, a third-party scheduling provider, under its own privacy policy. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you include in that message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may automatically log standard technical information when you visit, such as browser type, device type, referring pages, and general usage patterns. We do not currently use this information to build individual profiles or for advertising purposes.
Cookies. The Site may use essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice or consent mechanisms.
We use the information described above to respond to inquiries and scheduling requests, operate and improve the Site, understand aggregate usage patterns, and maintain the security of the Site.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site or process requests (such as Cal.com for scheduling and our hosting provider), and as required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited personal information the Site currently collects. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale; PolarAIs does not sell personal information. PolarAIs is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions.
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
