PolarAIs comes out of two decades on both sides of M&A, buy-side and sell-side, across venture-backed companies, private equity-held platforms, and Fortune 500-scale organizations. Closing the deal was never the hard part. The hard part is the eighteen months after, when a target structure has to get built against real entities, real systems, and real people, not a slide.

PolarAIs is built from that side of the table. The scoring logic, hard flags, and workflow rules in this platform are the patterns we needed and didn't have, encoded so they don't depend on any one person's memory. As the team behind PolarAIs grows, that stays true: built by people who've done the work, not generic best practice.

Before any of this became a company, the same test got run on something smaller: a tool built to manage one demanding, high-volume relationship problem. Most systems built to hold what a team or person knows fail at the same point, not because they can't capture information but because nothing goes back and prunes what's gone stale. That one broke there too, and got rebuilt around a maintenance layer running by default, not a rebuild someone has to remember to schedule. PolarAIs is designed with that layer in from day one, because we'd already seen what happens when it's missing.
